[CINC] Replacement on CX Fri., 9/16/11

I can't believe that out of 140 some volunteers no one has taken my spot on the 
CX, Fri., 9/16/11. How about it?

I previously canceled my spot on it last week and sent an email on the rainlist 
but no one seems to have taken it.
