[CINC] Was Flex Just a Fluke?

Hi All.

We already know that there are multiple gray whale matches from both sides of the North Pacific. Dr. Bruce Mate of the OSU Marine Mammal Institute and a team of researchers from the US and Russia are tagging western Pacific gray whales off Sakhalin Island to find out how many follow the path taken by Flex last season and migrate over to the eastern Pacific. This is tremendously exciting research.
