1 gray whale
100 common dolphin

9am trip headed west.  Found a gray whale thanks to Michael's great spotting from campus point.  Then we spotted some common dolphin.  There was a very young calf that got all the oh's and ah's from the passenger's.  

Noon trip
4 gray whales

Great sightings of 4 gray whales out in mid channel.  We think it was 3 males and 1 female by their behavior.  They were all over the place and going about 5 knots per hour.  Probably trying to mate.  Few folks going green on us to to big swells.  Even those folks were happy with the trip.  Thanks to the crew Matt for the best blt.  Dennis for rescuing the sea sick guy who lock himself in the head.  Captain Mat for a awesome trip and answering all my questions I could not answer.
