[CINC] CINC Summer Picnic Date Change; 8/13

All CINC volunteers plus Boat, National Park, and Sanctuary People,
 Due to the Ventura County Fair winding down on August 12th, the CINC Sunset Picnic at Rincon Park has been changed to Monday, August 13th.  Please remark your calendar and stay tuned for future info. We have the reservation at Santa Barbara County's Rincon Park at the Ventura-SB county line overlooking the beach.   Paul
