12 Noon:
1 Gray Whale Cow/Calf pair, then 3 Cow/Calf pairs.

Noteworthy:  It's the first time in 7 years that I've seen 3 Cow/Calf pairs
of Gray Whales clustered together.  Yes, there's safety in numbers.

96 school kids and parents were thrilled at the sight, when they weren't
yelling, eating or sleeping.  Valerie Olson and Polly Blackburn joined me,
along with Capt.s Mat, Dave and Matt.
