[CINC] Greys like new MPAs.

FYI Ocean People.
 While walking and  recording non sealife data as member of the  MPA Watch team ( a Channel Keepers project ) along the Campus Point MPA  (UCSB), I witnessed 4 Grey Whales cruising just outside the kelp line. One was barely 50 yards off the beach! At Coal Tar Point, the American Cetacean  Society station personal counted 24 total whales passing by today by noon, 12 of them calves. Total for the year passing that point numbered 654 going north! All of our CINP islands were clearly visible on a see forever day, except for Santa Barbara Is.    Paul
