[CINC] 3rd Annual Potluck Picnic

Fellow Naturalists, boat personnel, NPS staff, CINMC staff, and others,

Reminder of our upcoming *3rd Annual Potluck Picnic *on *Monday, August 13*.
 As with previous years it will take place at Rincon Park off the Bates
Road exit in Carpinteria.

We've been working hard to insure good weather for the event.  As you can
see, from the long range forecast at the bottom of this post, it should be
an absolutely wonderful afternoon and evening.

Remember to bring your own entree and beverage as well as an appetizer,
side dish or dessert to share.  There is a requested donation of $5 to
cover the costs associated with this event.  I have attached a flyer with
the detailed information.   Also,  as you encounter staff from the various
organizations that we work with please encourage them to join us.  We look
forward to participation from members of all the organizations that are so
intimately involved with the Channel Islands and waters of the Santa
Barbara channel.

We look forward to seeing you on August 13.
