[CINC] RE CX TODAY SUNDAY AUGUST 12TH

Just off the phone with CX office & the CX is apparently @ Full capacity &
they are only allowing 1 naturalist on board today. So I will defer to
other naturalist or whomever is doing PID since that is an important job.

A bit bummed not going out, but i've had some great times out there this
summer. look forward to report from whomever makes it out there.
