[CINC] Open spot- IPCO whale watch 8/29

I'm sad to say I have to give up my space on the IPCO trip tomorrow.

It's from 9-5, out of Ventura.

My car decided to give up the ghost, and I have no way to get down there,
so I hope someone can take it, and have a wonderful trip!
