[CINC] Local Tall Ship, Bill of Rights

Hi folks,

Not sure if anyone posted this and I missed it, but if so here it is again.

It's an interesting article,  a couple of weeks ago, in the L.A. Times on the local Tall Ship the Bill of Rights out of Channel Islands Harbor. Many of us know of her, and some have had the opportunity to do some good time on her.
