We all thought it might be a bumpy ride & miserable weather, but Saturday's
IPCO crossing was smooth as silk (after Capt. Jimmy motored up & down a few mountains
at the harbor entrance, that is). No wind chop at all.

A few sprinkles here & there, but most of the moisture held off until we headed back for port for
my favorite part of the trip: The 60-foot-surf boarding into the harbor.

We had a couple of campers & day hikers and about 14 INDIAN GUIDES with their fathers!
Gad, you have never seen so much energy! A herd of them full-tilt charged the gang way upon departure!
Ha! But, all-in-all, very well behaved & they had a ball.
I spent almost the whole trip home swearing in 6 Jr. Rangers & helping them fill out the program booklet,
and more of them will mail their explorer programs in.
