[CINC] VC spot ESCI today

Hello fellow volunteers,

I am signed up for the VC today (!) - I know it's short notice but I woke
up this morning with a sore throat and stuffy nose - so if you would like
to go probably just go directly to the boat and let IPCO know you will be
filling in for me.
