[CINC] the harbor @ hollywood by the sea

on 2/2  at 4 pm  2 pairs of common dolphins entered the harbor  headed w 
toward the whales tail [happy hour?]   joyfully  playing.
    a family at one of the picnic tables was celebrating a  birthday. they 
said this was the best present of all
 
     naturalist  natalie  swan .
