 Left out of the SeaOtter article is any mention about two facts: The colony of Sea Otters out there is very stable and healthy right now, and gradually growing, while coexisting with the Navy . And, the Black Abalone population out there is growing, and resisting Withering Syndrome, better then anywhere else on the Channel Islands, while coexisting with the Otters and current regulations.
