California Islands Symposia Written Proceedings & Registration for 2012 

The California Islands Symposia present recent findings in natural and cultural science and management on California's islands, including the Channel Islands and those off the west coast of Baja California, Mexico. Held every five years or so since 1965, they are sponsored by agencies, non-profits, conservancies and academics involved in the work and management of the islands. 

Results presented at each symposium were published, all of which is available here digitally at no charge.

The last symposium was in 2008, with proceedings © 2009 by the Institute for Wildlife Studies.
