[CINC] identify vessel

All,

While listed as ³unspecified² in the AIS database, the configuration of this
vessel indicates that it is a cable or pipe laying ship. Considering its
location, it is most likely laying petroleum or natural gas piping to
support the offshore rigs. There are multiple cable/pipe reels on the work
deck and the stern is equipped with a stinger and tower guide used to safely
place the pipe in-water.
