[CINC] vessel between platform A and B

A correction:
Yesterday we heard the large vessel between A and B was capping off old
well heads.
Today we got the straight scoop from the captain of one of the supply and
support boats who told us
(as was correctly pointed out by others) that it is, indeed, replacing a
pipeline.
