Dear CINC,
 
Barbara Hilburn's report described the thrilling BREACHING gray whales on IPCO crossing Tuesday to Scorpion.  Yesterday (Wednesday) to Anacapa Kat and I saw more marine life.  But I haven't yet observed this or any of the 35 other recent sightings referrenced below by VC Star's Adam Foxman on front page of today's paper.
