[CINC] Congratulations to newly certified WW volunteer

New CINCer Dawn Ericson passed her certification today on board the Condor Express. She received many compliments from passengers about her outreach (I know because they came to me to tell me). So, please welcome Dawn to the Corps!

Dawn will send a report about our great day of whale watching with four species of Cetacea sighted.

Capts. Matt and Dave provided commentary with Kelly and Brook as crew. And, John Kuizenga was PID. What a day.
