[CINC] FEBRUARY WW CALENDAR REVISIONS

After speaking to Capt. Mat and Capt. Dave today, I learned that the Condor
Express Whale Watching calendar for February has been revised a bit.  The
change-over to three trips per day will now start on February 16th, instead
of February 18th.  Anyone booking for February 16th and 17th:  keep in mind
that the Condor will be leaving at 9am, 12 noon, and 3pm.
