[CINC] Jan 19 Whale Watching

Thursday Jan 19th on the Condor Express was a beautiful, clear outing for guests from Europe, Kenya, Massachusetts, Colorado, Pennsylvania and quite a few Santa Barbara residents. Grays.....6 confirmed (with possibility of 7-8); displayed fluking in a ballet-like close formation repeatedly to the delight of all. We enjoyed this for an hour between eastern end of Santa Cruz and Channel. Many thanks to Capt. Mat, Dave and crew...and to Naturalists Catherine French, Hal Altman(PID).
