12 HUMPBACKS +
1 BLUE
1,000 COMMON DOLPHINS

Noteworthy:  Even more Humpbacks seen in the distance.  The Krill were on
the surface, so the Humpbacks and the Blue were lunge feeding.
Unfortunately, they were in the shipping lanes, and Capts. Dave and Mat had
to scoot out of the way of an approaching ship.  Despite the heavy marine
layer, they were able to resume contact quickly.  It's been a while since
I've seen a Common Dolphin megapod.


With all that surface feeding, I was not able to get some fluking, so the
PID effort was a bust.

Nice to see Cal and Peggy Meuser again.
