[CINC] Pot luck prior to CINC Training?

Since this is a social hour of only one hour, why not just bring 
something to share that can be eaten without utensils, like snacks
or prepared fruit, deli stuff, etc. and permissible drinks ? That will
eliminate a lot of cleanup.   Also, is there an assigned parking
