[CINC] 3/2/12 on the IPCO Vangard

AM trip canceled due to ocean conditions.

PM trip: 2 friendly Humpbacks
            3 Gray Whales seen only by Capt Jason

The Humpbacks delighted all!  At first they seemed unfriendly with very long 
dive cycles, then all of a sudden they were right beside the boat, mouth almost 
touching the boat, slowly rising through the clear water, & finishing with a 
blow.  This action was repeated with rolls presenting their undersides.  Great 
photo ops!
