[CINC] Unofficial (but real) sightings

Today, while bicycling down PCH towards Malibu I spotted 4 northbound Gray
Whales.  All sightings were between county line and Leo Carrillo State
Beach.  Whales were  approximately 1/2 mile off the beach.  They were in
two groups of two; couldn't determine if there was a calf among them.
