Appearing below and attached is a draft agenda for the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council meeting on November 16th.  The meeting will run from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm in Ventura at the Billie M. Connally Auditorium, Robert J. Lagomarsino Visitor Center of the Channel Islands National Park Headquarters (1901 Spinnaker Drive).  Prior to the meeting, materials will also be made publicly available on the web at http://channelislands.noaa.gov/sac/announcement.html.
