[CINC] Important P.S!

Here is an important P.S. to my report on yesterday's IPCO trip to Santa Cruz Island on Capt Dave's boat. Don Mills was on the return trip, boarding at Prisoner's Harbor. He had just completed supervision of days of labor on the the Pier at Prisoner's at it's base connection to the shore. It was in bad shape.  So, when you walk on land from the boat and pier from now on at that harbor, give thanks to Don and his crew. It was a cooperative effort I understand, between the CINP, TNC, the Navy, and UCSB.
