[CINC] 4/5 Double Dolphin

Despite foreboding weather forecasts, the DD embarked on 2 whale watch
adventures today!  Capt. Gary and crew Ari were very friendly!  I highly
enjoyed working with them!  (being a newbie- my first time on the DD)
The first trip, very intimate with only 7 guests, yielded one gray whale
per passenger!  All slow traveling in small groups or alone.  We did see
some flukes and one adult with a Very distinctive large, solid white mark
on its left flank.
Skies cleared for the second trip, which was booked solid, yet no whales
were seen.  :/  However, the kids had a grand old time getting splashed
from behind at the bow, and the passengers enjoyed themselves and asked
many questions.
