[CINC] Added hikes on Santa Cruz 4/13 and 4/14

Kathy pointed out that there were extra hikes this coming weekend that
needed to be added to VolunteerSpot.

I have added an 8:00 boat departure for Scorpion on Saturday, April 13 and
a 9:00 boat departure for Sunday, April 14. Both of these are to lead
hikes. Please sign up on VolunteerSpot and call Island Packers if you are
interested in either of these two trips.
