[CINC] the wind she blow..... Condor cancelled

No whale watching on the Condor for the Princess cruisers today (4/16) at 13:00. (Called off at 12:30) They’d already exercised their sea legs coming down the coast from SF.
One of the officers saw 2 whales on her trip from the ship to Sea Landing docks. Her first in Santa Barbara.
