[CINC] Next CINC meeting date changed to Thursday, June 13

Due to scheduling issues we have to change the date of the upcoming CINC
meeting from Wednesday, June 12 to Thursday, June 13.

I'm sorry for any disruption this may cause and hope you are all still able
to attend. If anyone is unable to do so because of the date change we will
understand.

The meeting will still be held at the NPS visitor center auditorium in
Ventura Harbor from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm
