[CINC] Condor Express 8/3/13 Whale Watching Trip

Trip Facts

Overcast skies, small sea chop in the morning, calm seas in the afternoon,
party cloudy skies near the end of the trip

Eager whale watchers from France, Ireland, Dubai, California and Arizona
with a lot of curiosity about marine mammals and interesting questions

70 nautical miles searching for whales but only a shy minke whale was seen
only by Capt. Mat

3 mola molas

1500 common dolphins total  in several small pods and one medium sized one.

Great effort by Captains Mat and Dave to find whales

Carolyn McCleskey (PID)  and Susan Kline (naturalist) joined me in
discussing marine life and
and answering questions.
