[CINC] Have to cancel IPCO whale watch Thurs Aug 29

I have to be out of town starting Sunday and will not be able to do my assignment on IPCO for whale watch from Ventura on Thursday Aug 29.  I am having problems getting onto volunteerspot to cancel, but I will call IPCO and notify them.  I hope someone can grab this spot!!
