[CINC] Double Dolphin 2/24

It was a lovely afternoon out on the Dolphin, a sunny day with ~25
passengers aboard. We left the harbor and headed west along the coast,
hoping for a sighting, and while we saw a handful of sea lions in the
water, the grays and dolphins decided to take the afternoon off. Ah well,
the passengers, most local to Santa Barbara county, were wonderful
conversationalists, particularly the 4 year old barking to the sea lions!

Thanks to Captain Tyler and Colton for a lovely time.
