[CINC] Orcas are Free

Just got word from reliable source that after 3.5 hrs of flying, scanning
Hudson Bay, the Orcas are no longer there, out of danger and free. There
were plenty of holes and openings for them to easily escape out of Hudson
Bay. Yay!

Thank you mother nature!
