[CINC] PICO ww open Wed 1/30

Hi, all,
According to Lisa, IPCO wants a whale watch person ALL DAY next Wed
1/30--9:30 (not on volunteerspot) and 1:30.  I've taken my name off the pm,
so the whole day is open.  Go see whales!
