AM Trip:
200 Common dolphins
100 Bottlenose dolphins
20  Risso's dolphins

PM Trip: 
20   Risso's dolphins
Captain Frank and crew Tanner spotted several pods of dolphins on the AM trip. The full boat of passengers enjoyed calm seas and light winds.  We saw two large pods (~100) Common dolphins and one Mola-mola on our trip out toward Anacapa Island.   We traveled along the south coast of Anacapa and saw several California sealions and Harbor seals as well as many Pigeon Guillemots and Oystercatchers, to delight the bird watcher aboard.  On the return trip we saw 25 Risso's dolphins and about 100 Bottlenose dolphins.  Everyone enjoyed the dolphin shows, especially the very cooperative Risso's. 
The PM trip (another full boat) spotted a small pod of about 20 Risso's dolphins near West Anacapa.  Captain Frank’s excellent narration and enthusiasm made this another great day in the Santa Barbara channel.
