[CINC] Whale watch spots open sign up and get out there

I was just on the Volunteer Spot site and there are PID openings tomorrow for Condor Express
and two open slots on IPCO out of Ventura, as well as an opening on the Double Dolphin. Check out VSPOT and take a spot, the whales are here, the whales are here!
