[CINC] Condor Photo-ID Camera System

We are prepping the Condor photo-ID camera to get it back on the boat
by Thursday , 2/21. We will not know until it is put back in service
if there is fire damage that we have not yet noticed.

Also, can the last volunteers on the Condor let me know if you have
sightings logs?
