On March 21, I used the Canon camera used for Photo I.D. for the first time since the Condor Express fire. The camera, data logger, batteries and charger all are functioning well and are now in a different case with the familiar lock and same combination as before. The original gray case was destroyed and the user manual will need to be replaced, but the camera appears unscathed. The camera case is in the wheelhouse.
Sorry for my tardy report on the camera's condition, so I hope this helps to encourage
everyone to sign up for PID ! Carolyn McCleskey

Carolyn put the camera on the boat and I have not heard anything back so I hope that means everything is in working order!

Shauna and David,
The plan was to have the PID camera placed on the Condor on March 21...assuming it was not damaged by the fire. But I never heard if that plan was successful. Is the camera in perfect working order? Is the combination the same?
