200+/- swiftly swimming common dolphin

The gale warning simmered down to a typical crossing,  we did had a few
passengers not doing so well, holding onto the rails on the way out. Large
crowds on the island, lots of kayakers and snorkelers today. Typical hikes
to the point, fox sightings, junior rangers, mild weather. Smugglers was
quite busy as well.

 

Onward home two Blues, obviously one spout much shorter than the other so
possibly cow/calf and the same with the humpbacks closer to mainland. In
between whale sightings a good size pod of very fast swimming dolphin, it
was a quick and splendid crossing.

 

And one big hello to Carol who I have not seen in ages!
