[CINC] JUNE Outreach Openings

We still have CINC volunteer shits in the afternoon for the *Saturday, June
8th World Oceans Day/ Santa Barbara Ocean Festival* and all shifts are open
for the *Saturday, June 15th Marina Fest at Channel Islands Harbor.*
