[CINC] IPCO whale watch

Today was a warm sunny day on the water.
 While the whales didn't show up for us today visitors were thrilled to see the elephant seals lounging on the beach of San Miguel. They were also treated to a visit in Painted Cave and a ride along Santa Cruz where we spotted a bald eagle. 
Visitors today were from  Arizona, Germany and a couple that sailed over from Hawaii, and of course a few locals.
