Ten Rio Mesa, ten Pacifica students and four adults went to plant and water. We planted about 150 Coreopsis, Yarrow and Gum Plants on the north side below the camp ground.
On the way out we were delighted by about 300 Common Dolphins.
Seas were calm. Temp was warm and we had very little breeze.
On our return Capt. Jason got a message that sharks were feeding on a dead whale near Platform Gail. They indeed were. We found them - a dead Minke Whale and at least seven Blue Whales!
There is a short YouTube post under Bill Weinerth if you want to see some of the action.
Thanks to Dani, Pancho and Capt. Jason
