and 28 mark “Fee Free Days” for visitors to the Los Padres National Forest in
all areas where the Adventure Pass normally is required.<SPAN

National Public Lands Day on Saturday, and a new national initiative called
“This Land is Your Land” on Sunday.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Both days honor and promote volunteerism on public
lands.</SPAN></TT><SPAN

Adventure Pass normally is required for day use activities and camping in
numerous recreation facilities in Los Padres National Forest.<SPAN

heavily visited areas in Rose Valley, Figueroa Mountain, Pozo-La Panza,
Goldhill, Ballinger, Mt. Pinos (snow season only) and the Lower Santa Ynez
Recreation Area.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The free days this
weekend apply to all of the areas where an Adventure Pass normally is required
except </FONT></SPAN><TT><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-STYLE: normal; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'">the
Lower Santa Ynez Recreation Area where a fee will still be required.<SPAN

reservation fees and group site fees still apply.<SPAN

daily Adventure Pass on a “Fee Free Day” may have it replaced free-of-charge
through any southern California office of the Forest Service.<SPAN

clean-up day in Santa Paula Canyon on September 27.<SPAN
