WOW!!<br> The kids on the Condor X certainly did have an extended thrill! I was with about a crew of 10 kids today from the California Conservation Corps cleaning up a local creek in Goleta with Channel Keepers. These kids, all from Ventura County, to a person, have never been on a boat; let alone a whale watch boat. They work cleaning creeks from Goleta all the way to Zuma Beach. They had no clue that the plastics, and other debris, which they have been picking up, could end up in the ocean endangering fish and marine mammals: honest. They sure do a good job. It would be nice if they could get to see what they are protecting, some day, some how? Their Camarillo Center, is really in El Rio, Oxnard.
