support and fund raising, we have provided scholarships to seniors, low-income families and youth.

Billing Information
Renewal notices for your RAIN Internet account will be sent to your RAIN e-mail account. Your billing date will be
either the 1st or 15th of the month, determined by the starting date of your account.

Setting up your computer for Dial-up Access
For Windows based Computers:
To setup your dialup connection the first time you use RAIN Internet go to your Control Panel. From the Control Panel click on Network Connections. Then select "Setup a new connection", (on the left of the Network Connections screen).
The Setup A New Connection wizard will ask you to name this new dialer, (name it RAIN Internet), click next and you will be asked to enter the phone number. Enter the phone number for RAIN Internet for your area. Click Next and you will be prompted to enter your user I.D. (enter your full user i.d., userid@rain.org) and your password twice. Click next. You have the option to click the check box that "puts an icon on your desktop". Check this to have an easy to asccess desktop Icon for your RAIN connection. Click on finish and you are ready to go.
*Note: If you happen to live in the areas marked by an asterisk, please check your local telephone book to confirm this number is local. If it is not local, please call RAIN and we will give you an alternative dialup number!
