Eyes In The Sky
Eyes In The Sky (EITS) brings live "Species Ambassadors" to schools, libraries and other public places and events, offering students and audiences close-up encounters with some of our area's most beautiful hawk and owl species. Along with educating about species, Great Horned Owl Image our birds reach people's hearts - as each bird is captive as a result of conflict with human activities, and can no longer survive in the wild. Eyes In The Sky fosters a personal connection and concern for our local wild neighbors. Species-specific handouts, vocabulary lists and follow-up activities are provided for schools.
