Edmund to find Cornwall and help him gather an army to fight France
- Goneril kisses Edmund and hints
that he should do what she says and she'll be his mistress
- Edmund has complete loyalty for
her
- Albany comes and yells at Goneril
for her treatment of Lear
- She and Regan are "Tigers,
not daughters"
- Goneril calls Albany a "moral
fool"
- Messager says Cornwall died from
injury
- Albany says that Cornwall death
is a sign of God
- Goneril remarks that since Cornwall
is dead, she and Edmund have a chance to rule Britain
- Goneril states the possibility
of her and Regan fighting for Edmund
