PANORAMA AT CORPACH

Don't panic when the page also scrolls; this avoids using a frame.

The town of Corpach is at the south end of the Caledonian Canal, which crosses Scotland in the "Great Glen", following the northeast -- southwest line of lochs that includes Loch Ness. This view from the wharf at Corpach shows the massive lump of Ben Nevis near the center of the panorama.

The five digital images that make up the panorama were taken in May 2002 in the "landscape" format at a resolution of 640x480 pixels. The camera was an Olympus C-3040Zoom, using a "SmartMedia" memory card with panorama capture capability. The images were assembled using "Camedia Master" software, which automatically "stitched" them.
